Our business model is low volume and very high quality. We do not want to represent every vacancy on the market. We would like to work with a select number of clients and deliver a bespoke, high quality search process that results in our clients securing the best talent available for their vacancies, not just who is looking at that point in time. We will take the time to research the market and headhunt on behalf of our clients for every vacancy that we represent.
